This program is designed for expectant mothers, surrogates, and/or gestational carriers.

You are embarking on a profound experience. These sessions will empower you to foster a healthy lifestyle through practical knowledge, which will impact your health and that of the baby.

Meet the Coaches

FOUNDING COACH

Balu Belz

Balu is a certified maternal wellness coach and mother of two. Her journey into wellness began with fertility treatments and a challenging first pregnancy in 2021, which led her to realize firsthand how lifestyle changes could improve health and the overall experience. By 2025, Balu welcomed her second baby without fertility treatments, strengthening their commitment to a holistic, whole-family approach to wellness.

Before becoming a coach, Balu worked with global brands like Allstate, HelloFresh, LVMH, L'Oréal, McDonald's, and Toyota, where she honed their communication skills and developed a passion for providing superb client experiences. Balu now enjoys supporting women, couples, and families as they navigate planning, pregnancy, and postpartum.

Trained by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, Balu takes an inclusive, client-led approach, recognizing the essential role of loved ones in early motherhood. Her role is not to prescribe but to guide.

Balu is also passionate about ethical impact and serves on the nonprofit boards of Child Family Health International (CFHI) and the Wits Fund US.

COACH

Genevieve Mitchell Cullen

Genevieve is a Health Coach certified through Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, and a mother of two. Genevieve found her passion for healthy living while navigating infertility and going through IVF, realizing the profound impact of health and lifestyle choices on both physical and emotional well-being.

Motivated by her own personal journey through fertility treatments, pregnancy, and motherhood – and with a passion for helping others – she became a Health Coach, specializing in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum health. Genevieve works to guide women from preconception to parenthood, fostering healthier habits and happier lives!
